How will coronavirus affect my stay at Hotel Samos?

Is Hotel Samos open?
Yes, Hotel Samos reopened on 12 July 2020.
We recommend you keep up-to-date with your travel provider and country-specific travel guidance from your government.
How will my direct booking be affected?
Bookings with free cancellation
If you would like to cancel your booking, you can easily do this via the ‘Manage booking’ link in your confirmation email.
However, remember that you can cancel your current booking for free up until the time limit stated on your email confirmation.
If you cancel after this time limit, there is a late cancellation (or no-show) charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Non-refundable bookings
As force majeure no longer applies, your original booking is now unaffected and the non-refundable booking terms apply. The services are in place (such as airlines flying and the hotel being open) for guests to attend their holiday.
When choosing a non-refundable stay, guests assume any relevant risks (such as a change in personal circumstances) and accept the conditions when they book.
We always strongly recommend that guests take out a suitable travel insurance policy to protect against situations such as flight cancellations due to individual airline policy.
Some credit card purchases may include this protection – please contact your bank.

Hola tengo reserva para julio. He reservado con otra agencia espero que de aqui ha julio este solucionado todo y no tenga que cancelar no me gustaría perder el dinero ya que lo tengo todo pagado avión y hotel gracias
