  • Have total flexibility: free cancellation on all bookings
  • Book with confidence: get your money back if you need to cancel
  • Get a great deal: book well in advance to get the room you want at the best price

Option 1: Pay when you book

However, if you just want to postpone your stay, you can easily manage your booking yourself using our new online tool (available soon) via the link in your confirmation email.

Your full booking total will be available to use against any future visit, and you can choose new dates at a later stage – you don’t need to select them now.

Option 2: Pay at the hotel

    Bonjour
    Nous avons réservé fin février 2020 et payé d’avance 100% d’une somme importante pour 4 adultes en 1/2 pension pour environ 16 jours comme depuis quelques années.
    Suite à la fermeture de la frontière espagnole et qui risque de durer je pense jusqu’à au moins septembre 2020 minimum selon le gouvernement espagnol (avril 2020), je suppose que nous serons remboursés sans frais à 100% comme celà n’est pas de notre faît.
    Vu la somme importante versée, nous ne pourrons laisser cette somme en attente pour l’été 2021 en espérant que tout aille bien, nous aimons tellement Mallorca 🙁
    Merci pour votre réponse, et bon courage à tous dans ces moment très difficiles.

    We have a booking with you for 10 people. Booking reference:200123-90016 for May 14th to 19th 2020. Would it be possible to carry this booking forward to May 13th to 18th 2021 as we are unable to travel this year due to the current situation.

Please write to info@hotelsamos.com with your booking details in order to postpone your booking and use the full total against a future stay in 2020 or 2021 (you can choose dates at another time, you don’t need to decide now).     good morning, i have paid for a reservation ( 191201-61716 ) arriving on 9th 0f may for 3 nights do you think the hotel will be open if not will i be fully reimbursed, or if therye is no flights to majorca will i be reimbursed.

    Good morning, my name is Dale Wilson , I wrote to you last week to explain that we are a group of golfers with a booking with you for the 14th to the 19th May 2020. Booking reference 200123-90016
    Because of the current situation we are unable to fly this year and would like to carry this booking over to next year . Thursday 13th – 18th May 2021. Would this be possible ? as we have already paid.

    Hi, you say that new bookings are free to cancel. What about existing bookings? We were due to arrive on 8/05/2020 but our flights are grounded until after that date.
    We booked a 3 bedded room for 4 nights. The booking was in my name and was paid in full at the time of booking.
