For guests aged 17 and younger who will be staying on their own or with friends, we require the following information for each young person.

1) A consent form signed by their parent or legal guardian to:

  • give permission for the child to enter into a contract with Hotel Samos to make a reservation and stay as a paying guest without the parent’s or guardian’s presence
  • agree to assume full responsibility for the child and their actions during their stay at Hotel Samos
  • accept that Hotel Samos has the right to eject the child from the premises if their behaviour is unreasonable and/or infringes on the rights of other guests. Read full article

Standard check-out time is 11pm.

We offer free luggage storage and a courtesy room (showering or changing only) following check out until you need to leave for the airport.
Late check out
If you would like the option to stay in your room and check out up until 8pm, please ask at reception 24 hours before you leave for availability and charges. Read full article

You can check in whenever you arrive. However, your room is only guaranteed to be available from 2pm on arrival day.

If you arrive earlier than 2pm, we offer free luggage storage and a courtesy room for changing or showering only.

For direct bookings made on this website, we only ever charge:

  • in EUR
  • the total shown on your Hotel Samos booking confirmation
  • the applicable local tax
  • any extras you choose on arrival or during your stay.
