Hotel accessibility (FAQ)

By | 2 May, 2020 | 0 comments

Hotel Samos is not a fully accessible or fully adapted hotel for guests with disabilities or mobility issues, or wheelchair users.

Adapted rooms

We have a limited number of rooms with accessible en-suite bathrooms, which include a walk-in shower and a toilet with handrail. We can provide wheelchairs for use in the showers.

If you would like an adapted room, please reserve a Junior Suite (but not a Junior Suite with Pool View) and then contact us with your booking reference number, name and dates so that we can check availability and note your request.

Public areas of the hotel

  • There is an adapted downstairs bathroom suitable for wheelchair users.
  • We have four lifts to all floors in the main building, including a glass panoramic lift that accepts wheelchairs.
  • There is an accessible fifth lift to all floors in the annex (Junior Suites and Junior Suites with Pool View).
  • We do not have a hoist/lift for access into the swimming pools.

Private parking

The Hotel Samos car park has a limited number of car parking spaces designated for guests with disabilities. It is not possible to reserve a space in advance. More about parking including prices.
