Hotel Samos is not a fully accessible or fully adapted hotel for guests with disabilities or mobility issues, or wheelchair users.

Adapted rooms

We have a limited number of rooms with accessible en-suite bathrooms, which include a walk-in shower and a toilet with handrail. We can provide wheelchairs for use in the showers.

If you would like an adapted room, reserve a Junior Suite (but not a Junior Suite with Pool View) and contact us with your booking reference, name and dates so we can check availability and record your request.

Communal areas

  • Adapted downstairs bathroom suitable for wheelchair users.
  • Four lifts to all floors in the main building, including a glass panoramic lift that takes wheelchairs.
  • Accessible fifth lift to all floors in the annex (Junior Suites and Junior Suites with Pool View).
  • NO hoist/lift for swimming pool access.

Hotel Samos car park

Our private car park has a limited number of spaces for guests with disabilities. It’s not possible to reserve a space in advance. More about parking including prices.

Accessible taxis

Please contact reception if you would like a taxi with a ramp or other accessibility features. More about taxis in Magaluf.

Public parking (blue badge)

If you have a disability that leads to reduced mobility, you might be entitled to an EU disability parking card in your country of residence, which should be recognised in all EU countries.

Mobility aid hire

We can arrange mobility scooters, electric or manual wheelchairs, and walking frames and crutches.

You can safely leave electric mobility scooters or wheelchairs in our reception area, where they can charge.

To get a quote, contact us with your booking reference, name and dates, as well as the day(s) when you’d like to hire a scooter or wheelchair.

This will be charged separately to your hotel booking and you must pay the total in cash (EUR) on arrival.

Assistance dogs

We accept guide dogs and other assistance or service dogs.
